Our company
has established in 2003 with the title of "Batı Certified Public
Accountancy Inc." and continued its CPA activities under this
title until April 2005.
At the
beginning of 2005, our audit staff expanded considerably with new
attendants, and in parallel with this our office service staff has
also strengthened with new participations.
As from the
beginning of 2005, our restructuring studies has accelerated with
orientation activities, modification of work places, enlargement of
devices and equipment and we achieved a much more powerful
infrastructure.
In April
2005, as with changes in corporate structure of our company, we
assumed the title of "Batı Certified Public Accountancy and
Independent Audit Corp."
Again in
2005 our audit firm completed its required preparations and
arrangement to apply the Capital Markets Board for independent audit
certification. Our application was approved in December/2005 and we
deserved to have independent audit authorization.
Presently, our work
team consists of three Certified Public Accountants (CPA), six
Independent Accountant and Financial Consultants (IAFC), one auditor
assistant, three audit interns and seven office service staff.
